The whole story begins with understanding who they are and how to connect with them best
customer interviews and profiling revealed a significant need to highlight product benefits and offer subscription purchase options
our strategy and UX heuristic analysis of the checkout and cart experience, informed by Google Analytics, identified major pain points that were negatively impacting conversion rates
marketing required a platform to showcase existing photography from their OOO materials and to expand content. additionally, there was a need to have a space to discuss ingredients and health benefits, balancing content and commerce effectively
we achieved a harmonious balance between the visual and UX aspects of the ZO site through a combination of utilizing flexible modular systems as the primary UX strategy and the UI’s execution of the marketing team's collaboration with our creative vision and providing an atomic design system as well
post-launch testing showed a substantial increase in conversion rates (and a huge skyrocket in subscription sales) and time spent on the site, with a notable rise in traffic especially to pages that had previously been overlooked
